From brief to production.
Develop, sample, approve, produce.

01Brief
Your product, your brand, your next launch. Start with what you know.
02Develop & quote
Review the structure, artwork, materials and a project-specific quotation.
03Sample
Test the intended construction, finish and opening experience.
04Approve
Confirm the sample and artwork version in writing before production.
05Produce & inspect
Print, finish and review against the agreed specification.
06Deliver & repeat
Coordinate delivery and retain the approved version for the next run.
What are you approving?
A visual concept explores direction. A structural sample reviews fit and assembly. A print proof or production sample reviews the artwork and finishing route agreed for the project. Each has a different purpose.
Before production starts
Confirm the artwork version, material, construction, sample reference and inspection criteria in writing. Changes after approval are reviewed for their effect on the schedule, cost and construction.
What happens on a repeat run?
Share an order or SKU reference, the new quantity and anything that changed. The team will review the previous specification and confirm the current route rather than assuming every repeat is identical.
