Custom Folding Cartons

Custom folding cartons are a practical starting point for a new product, a packaging refresh, or a range with several SKUs. The structure, board, print plan, and closure are reviewed together so the carton fits both the product and the way it will be packed, shipped, displayed, and opened.

A good fit for

• Branded retail products that need a compact, printable outer pack
• Product ranges that share a structure but use different artwork
• Packs that need a paperboard insert, instruction card, sleeve, or bag
• Flat-packed packaging intended for efficient storage and assembly

May need a different format when

• The pack requires a rigid, non-folding construction

Common starting points include tuck-end cartons, lock-bottom cartons, sleeves, and folding structures with internal tabs. Every structure is checked against the product dimensions, weight, presentation, and manual or automated packing method before quotation.

Offset printing, screen printing, hot foil, lamination, and gluing can be included where suitable. Final process choices depend on the selected paperboard, artwork coverage, finish interaction, and approved sample.

Pair the carton with a paperboard insert, divider, belly band, product card, paper bag, or clear window. Supplying related components from one approved artwork set can simplify version control across a launch.
