Sampling and production

Clear inserts, windows and hybrid packs are available for sampling and production. The paper and plastic elements are specified, sampled and approved together for fit, appearance and assembly.

Combine visibility with printed paper packaging

A hybrid pack can use paperboard for structure and graphics while a clear component reveals or presents the product. Common directions include carton windows, clear internal forms, transparent covers, and combinations of paper cards with clear folded pieces.

A good fit for

  • Products that need selected visibility rather than a fully clear carton
  • Paper cartons or tubes enhanced with a clear presentation component
  • Sets needing a transparent separator or positioning element
  • Brands evaluating paper and clear material as one coordinated design

Not automatically suitable for

  • Direct contact with the contents without separate material and compliance review
  • Inserts expected to provide cushioning or impact protection without packed-product testing
  • Assemblies relying on an unqualified adhesive, surface treatment, or material combination
Engineer the interfaces

The most important details often sit where materials meet: window attachment, fold clearance, locking tabs, glue zones, scratch contact, and assembly sequence. Each component is specified with the finished pack in mind, then checked through representative sampling.

Sample approval and quality

Presshape is your project contact from specification to delivery. We record the approved material, structure, graphics and sample reference, then check the finished packaging against the agreed criteria.

What to send for a quote

Provide the product dimensions and weight, desired visible area, outer-pack reference or dieline, component concept, artwork, quantity, assembly method, destination, and delivery requirements. A complete packed sample is recommended before the production specification is finalized.
