Privacy &
inquiry information.

This policy explains the information used when you ask Presshape to review a packaging project and visit our website. Updated 5 October 2026.

What you share

A project request can include your name, work contact, company, region, requested packaging components, quantities, artwork status, specification details and shared file links. A privacy request uses the contact and details you provide to respond to that request.

How it is used

Information is used to review feasibility, prepare a quotation, arrange sampling and respond to the project. Relevant technical details may be shared with selected manufacturing partners when a component needs their review. Confidentiality and end-customer contact requirements can be included in the partner route.

Delivery and hosting

The site is designed for Vercel hosting. Configured inquiry channels can use Resend for email and Feishu for internal project notification. File-sharing links are handled as part of the inquiry; avoid open-access links for confidential files. No design file upload is required on this website.

Retention and access

Inquiry records may be retained in the project communication channels while the inquiry is active and where needed for quotations, orders or related recordkeeping. Request access, correction or deletion using the form on this page. The team reviews the request, verifies the necessary identity details and confirms the action or any applicable recordkeeping requirement.

Measurement

Basic website event hooks record actions such as starting a brief or selecting a product. They do not include names, emails, phone numbers, artwork links or free-text project information.

Your choices

Provide only the files and details needed for the review. Restrict access to confidential reference links and agree file handover with the team. You can request a confidentiality arrangement before detailed project files are shared.
