Product Sleeves & Belly Bands

A sleeve or belly band can add branding, a campaign message, a language version, or a bundle description to an existing product. It is especially useful when the base carton, tube, tray, or container can remain unchanged.

A good fit for

• Limited editions, launches, gift bundles, and promotional ranges
• Adding information or branding to a plain or shared base pack
• Coordinating products of different shapes within one campaign
• Creating a paper-and-clear-material presentation combination

Requires care when

• The base pack changes dimension between production batches
• The sleeve must carry substantial product weight
• The application depends on a very tight slide fit without a physical sample

Sleeves may be open at both ends, partially cover the pack, or wrap as a glued band. The right option depends on how the product is loaded, whether the band must remain removable, and how it will behave during packing and transport.

Offset printing, screen printing, hot foil, lamination, and gluing are available for suitable paper-based designs. Fold and glue positions are reviewed alongside artwork so important elements do not disappear around edges or seams.

A sleeve can coordinate a folding carton, paper tube, clear box, or paper bag. It can also carry SKU-specific information while the main packaging remains common across a range.

Provide the actual base pack or accurate dimensions, photos, preferred coverage, artwork, quantity by version, packing method, destination, and delivery window. Sampling against the final base pack is the best way to approve fit.
