Plastic Hang & Display Cards

Plastic hang and display cards are available for sampling and production. We define the material, graphics and attachment with you, approve samples using the intended fixture, and check the agreed criteria before shipment.

A display card must work with both the product and the retail environment. Product weight, attachment method, hole or slot shape, card orientation, fixture geometry, and repeated handling all affect the structure.

A good fit for

• Accessories and small products that should remain visible
• Clear or printed cards used on retail hooks and fixtures
• Product ranges sharing one card shape with different graphics
• Hybrid presentation using a plastic card with a paper carton, sleeve, or insert

Requires additional review when

• The product is heavy or places concentrated stress around a hanging point
• Retailer-specific fixture or testing requirements have not been supplied
• The attachment can release, mark, or damage the product during handling

PET-family and PP sheet options may be considered, subject to project qualification. Cut edges, holes, folds, print adhesion, scratch risk, and attachment areas are reviewed together. A physical sample should be tested on the intended fixture with the actual product.

Share the product and its dimensions and weight, attachment preference, fixture details, reference images, artwork, quantity by SKU, destination, and delivery requirements. Approval should use the intended product, attachment, and fixture together.
